Maturity

As we grow we mature, this process continues as long as we are willing to learn and grow. Here is a quote I coined from “Increasing Human Effectiveness Training,  If you’re green you grow and if you’re ripe you rot. It never matters how great you were or what things you accomplished yesterday, it’s all about who and what you are today that really matters. As we are blessed with amazing opportunities to succeed, they are often times peppered with opportunities for learning and growth through setbacks, challenges and struggle. When the earth makes lemons learn to make lemon aid, when the glass is half full remember there are those with no glass at all.
